Future Developments

Future plans include a development of a 165 acre site located on Hwy 386 just 4 blocks from the beach and adjacent to the newly proposed Gulf Coast Parkway. The development will include an upscale commercial shopping district as well as a gated estate home community with lakefront and creek front lots.
